COVID-19 Operational Policy As of March 24th 2020


Treat’s Pools & Spas is currently able to remain open in a limited manner during this health crisis.  However, in order to better safeguard our staff and our customers, we have implemented the following strategies:

Retail store:

If you are able to call in your order prior to arrival or once in our parking lot, we will shop for you and will deliver it to your vehicle.  We prefer you pay by credit card on the phone as well if possible.

If you must enter the store, please either call from the parking lot or knock on the door prior to entering so that we may assure a limited amount of customers at one time and can best maintain recommended social distancing.

We have placed a hand sanitizing station at our entrance and require its use upon entering.

Field Service:

We are currently able to continue field service on both pools and hot tubs, including pool openings.  We only ask that you maintain a safe distance from our staff and either provide a credit card number in advance (will not be charged until service is completed) to avoid all contact, or place checks or cash in a Ziploc bag in an agreed-upon location (ie: taped to door, taped to pool filter, etc).
